Privacy information

Who we are

This website is operated by digiplate (legal entity: DIGI PLATE LIMITED; NZBN 9429052221330). You can contact us at contact@digiplate.co.nz.

Information you provide

Contact forms collect the details you enter so digiplate can respond to your enquiry. Product customisation fields collect the business information needed for your selected product. Shopping and checkout are provided through Wix.

Orders and delivery

When you order, we use your contact, delivery, product and customisation details to prepare your artwork, set up your product, fulfil the order and provide support. Information needed for these tasks may be handled by Wix, payment providers, production providers and delivery carriers. Payment information is handled through the checkout payment provider.

Shopping sessions

This storefront stores a Wix visitor session in your browser to maintain your cart as you move between pages. Your cart and checkout requests are sent to Wix. Clearing browser storage may reset your shopping session.

The newsletter form requests your email and your consent to receive digiplate news. Use the unsubscribe option in future marketing emails or contact support to ask for removal.

Storage and retention

Wix and other service providers may process information outside Australia or New Zealand. Their privacy and security practices apply to the services they provide. We retain information needed to fulfil orders, provide support and meet legal recordkeeping requirements. You can ask about the information held about you, request access or correction, or request deletion where legal and operational requirements allow.

For information about the hosting and commerce platform, read the Wix Privacy Policy.

External destinations

Review platforms, social networks and linked websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Opening a digiplate destination link takes you to the chosen platform.
