How do I send my logo to customize my Digiplate products?Once you confirm your order, we'll email you asking for a high-resolution jpeg or png of your logo. As soon as we get your logo file, our team will start creating your custom digiplates and digicards.

When can I expect to receive my digi products?Delivery time frames depend on if your digiplates or digicards are customised or non-customised, and where in the world you are. Within Australia & New Zealand, you can expect to have your non-customised digi products delivered within 5 business days, and customised digi-products within 12-15 business days from when we receive your logo file. For other regions, you can expect to have your non-customised digi products delivered within 10 business days, and customised digi-products within 17-20 business days from when we receive your logo file. After your order is processed and dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details to monitor your order's journey to its final destination.
